Patient came into our office with stained teeth and significant wear. She was concerned with her teeth cracking and breaking while eating. A full smile makeover was done using porcelain veneers and crowns giving her a natural look smile.

Patient presented with an old bridge and cavities around it. She was unhappy with her smile. We replaced her bridge with a beautiful porcelain crowns and whitening was done in the remaining teeth giving her youthful appearance that she loved.

This patient was about to get married and was self-conscious about the yellow appearance and shape of her front teeth. A combination of porcelain veneers and whitening was done to create a beautiful smile design to get her ready for her big day.

This patient was upset with fillings that were starting to fail and break. Her smile was designed using a conservative approach by restoring two front porcelain crowns and biomimetic direct restorations in the adjacent teeth.

Patient had severe cavities underneath existing restorations and generalized inflammation and recession. Dr. Hernandez removed the failed restorations, fabricated new porcelain crowns and bridges to replace missing teeth, and improved the overall aesthetics of this case

Patient was concerned with his discolored teeth so in-office whitening was performed and he left the same day with a brighter smile.

This was a young patient that presented to our office with multiple cavities and pain around most of his teeth. Root canal therapy and porcelain crowns were done in some of the teeth which allowed us to avoid extractions, eliminate pain, and give back his confidence through our comprehensive approach. He was very happy with his new smile!

This patient presented to our office concerned with the appearance of her teeth since she had staining from tetracycline (antibiotic) use when she was very young. Porcelain crowns in the upper teeth were designed to hide the discoloration while giving her a more harmonious smile.

Patient came to the office complaining lower teeth that were severely worn and loose upper dentures. Porcelain crowns were done along with a partial in the lower arch and a new upper denture was fabricated for her achieving not only a great appearance but also amazing functionality.
